While it is easy to feel stuck after a month of staying in place and social distancing but life still goes on. We have to celebrate the little things. Ashley and I got to toast a friends new baby last week. We may not have been able to go to the hospital or get together in real life, with modern technology we are able to stay connected to friends and family while we all stay safe at home.
Speaking of celebrating the little things, we hope you can join us for our weekly virtual hump day. Just click the link below to join the zoom:

Our club continues to lead the way and in many cases is the conduit for connecting members who want to give to those in need. The Rotascope is a great place to find opportunities to support individual organizations or volunteer your time. For those of you who want to give, but not sure how or where, we have a COVID-19 response fund and encourage members to make a donation to this fund. Our club will take those funds to support healthcare workers, families in need and the organizations on the front lines of this fight in our community.

Georgia Ensemble Theatre has certainly been impacted by the stay-in-place orders and social distancing. They would love a donation or for you to order you 2020-21 season tickets so they have the operating capital to get through this tough time. They have created some zoom backgrounds so you can show your support on your next zoom call. If you would like to order tickets for next season email boxofficeassociates@get.org or to make a donation, click here.
STAR House kids rely on school for breakfast and lunch, and in some instances, it’s their only meal for the day. Please support the kids, by making a donation of any amount, so STAR House can get food to their homes. When you make a donation, your dollars will be converted into gift cards or pre-made meals and distribute to families in need.

CDA families, like many people, are experiencing unprecedented hardship. As we are all following the Governor's orders of sheltering in place, many of our families have already lost their jobs putting them and their children at higher risk. As this situation continues, we are striving to support our families as much as possible. Your donation will go to support families such as; A mother with 2 children. Mom works cleaning houses and due to COVID-19 she has lost most of her clients or A mother, father and 3 children. The mother lost her job and the father is only able to get a couple hours of work each week. Thank you for considering a donation to love in action.

Rotary clubs and districts from around the country have joined forces with the Yale School of Public Health to help train 1 million healthcare volunteers. The volunteers will provide Telehealth support from home or in person support after completing a comprehensive online training program. If you are interested in volunteering you can learn more on the Global Impact Group's website.
