Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!
While we were getting ready for turkey day, Rotarians were hard at work at another successful Honor Air Basketball tournament where the Roswell girls won the tournament, and the Roswell boys’ team were runner-up to a very good North Forsyth team. Thanks for everyone who participated in this event raising money for Honor Air!
As we get ready for the holiday season, Chris Archer's plans are in full swing for the annual Christmas party. We had such a great time at the installation party that we are bringing back the Emerald Empire Band for an encore performance! So get your most festive attire on and lace up your dancing shoes for a fun night at the Roswell Historic Cottage. We may even have a guest appearance from a jolly ole man! To top this season off, Bruce Peoples and Kurt Hilbert are planning an outstanding Holiday program on the 16th which you won’t want to miss. Start shopping now for your ugly holiday sweater!
I received an email from a friend about revising this year’s Holiday “To Do List” which I want to share:
Buy Presents….….Be Present.
Wrap Gifts……...Wrap someone in a Hug.
Send Gifts………..Send Peace.
Shop for food…………..Donate Food.
See the lights……….Be the Light.
See you on Thursday!

What is going on at Mimosa Hall? Find out when we hear from past and current president’s of the Friends group, Steve Gibson and Mike Harris.
Mimosa Hall and its property is solely owned and operated by the City of Roswell. The Friends of Mimosa Hall and Gardens is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to preserving Mimosa Hall and promoting its use for the community.

If you're like many people, the answer is "not much" to the question of "what will get you out of the house on a Saturday morning?"
If you want to look like President Terry and the many other svelt Rotarians, this is what the doctor ordered. :-)
