President's Message
Thanks Hal for sharing some inspirational thoughts this last week. We all have that inner mind that speaks to us, influencing our daily lives. Do we choose to listen to the good Elmo or the bad Elmo? I saw a post on social media which lists things that are IN our control and OUT of our control which influences us. One of those which are IN our control is how we speak to ourselves. Your Elmo!

June 16 Program- RRC highlights of Rotary International Convention in Houston TX
Very special program this week. Hear highlights of the Rotary International Conference from our Roswell Rotary Club attendees of past (and one upcoming) club president superstars who were in Houston last week. Incoming president 2022-23 John Carruth, Past Presidents Bob Hagan 2008-09 & Dist. Gov 2015-16), Dave McCleary 2011-12, Elwyn Gassert II 2009-10 and Lynne Lindsay 2020-21 were all there and sent exciting reports of all they experienced. Can't wait to hear all about it!

Service Above Self in Action at Drake House
Moving a mother and her three children into the Roswell Rotary apartment at The Drake House Thursday. Rotarians Jim Swain, PP Lisa Carlisle and PE John Carruth joined Satellite Club participates Will Albers, Grant Miller and Witt Carlisle in getting our apartment ready.
Rotarians Debbie Cwalina, Don Howard with Satellite Club chair, Leigh Gould and Nancy Diamond donated funds and household items while members of Lee Jenkins Eagles Nest Church filled in the gaps.
Latisha and her children look forward to the next two years as they work hard to move their lives in a positive direction thanks to the support of Roswell Rotarians!
