End Human Trafficking Now

Rotary is certainly connecting the world through the fight to end human trafficking and modern day slavery.

Regardless of your politics it is pretty darn impressive when a project that starts in a Rotary club in small town Roswell, GA ends up at the White House. Since Dave McCleary brought the issue of Human Trafficking to our club in 2012 we have have been behind him all the way. Every year we support End Human Trafficking Now by providing Dave with the funding to raise awareness around the world.

Here is just a small sample of how we have helped move the needle towards a slavery free world this year:

• Grace Commission - The Governor's Task Force To End Human Trafficking
• Worldwide Vice Chair of RAGAS - Rotary Action Group Against Slavery
• Speaking to 100+ Rotary, Rotaract & Interact Clubs around the world
• Inspired a new Interact Club in Quito, Ecuador
• Featured by Delta Airlines as a partner in their efforts to train 100% of their employees on recognizing the signs of human trafficking
• Connected Delta Airlines to Gate City Brewing so Freedom Fighter IPA could #GetOnBoard
• Participated in a panel discussion with Ivanka Trump to demonstrate the great work Rotary, the business community and non-profits in Georgia are doing to get survivors of human trafficking back on their feet
• Invited to the White House by President Trump to join leaders in the fight to end human trafficking for an announcement of additional funding & resources.
• Supported UPS in the launch of their Freedom Drivers program
