Dave McCleary has been leading Rotary’s fight against Human Trafficking for over 10 years since he became aware of this problem at the Passion 2012 Conference held in Atlanta. It was there he felt the first sparks of desire to get involved. He learned that it’s not only happening worldwide in impoverished, third world countries, but in his own hometown community and other communities across the U.S. Now Chair Emeritus of the Rotary Against Group Against Slavery, Dave has spoken to Rotary Clubs and led training seminars extensively, causing change in Roswell, Atlanta, the US, and even around the world.
This year's program to be presented to the Roswell Rotary Club on March 14th will include both Governor and First Lady Brian and Marty Kemp. Marty Kemp has been a huge advocate for ending human trafficking during Governor Kemp's terms in office, often working hand in hand with Dave McCleary and other local and state organizations to help rid our state of this terrible scourge.
