Roswell Rotary is proud to continue to join in the nationwide 'Read Across America' program. Roswell Rotarians have purchased 30 books to be read to all of our area elementary school classes on Monday 3/2. This years book is 'We Are Definitely Human' by X Fang which was selected out of the list of books provided by the National Education Association event website.
Rotarians volunteer an hour of their time on the morning of the event to join in reading to the kids in an effort to promote community literacy. 25 Classrooms and 5 school libraries are then given the books to add to their school inventory.
The in-kind contributions are the books which are donated by a Rotarian.
