The Roswell Rotary Club is set to host the 27th Roswell Rotary Relays on March 16th, in partnership with Roswell High School. This prestigious invitational track meet offers high school track and field teams from across Georgia the chance to compete with the state's best.
Twenty-four high schools will participate, featuring both boys' and girls' track and field athletes. The event begins with a full range of field events in the morning, followed by track and relay events in the afternoon. The focus on relay events fosters teamwork among athletes and contributes to an energetic atmosphere throughout the event.
The Roswell Relays also provide a chance for Roswell High School's service clubs to participate and gain community service points, with the Interact Clubs playing a central role in the volunteer efforts. Additionally, concession sales serve as a significant fundraiser for the Roswell High School Booster Club.
This event is a true community endeavor. This year, the Roswell Rotary will collaborate with sponsors such as Rhodes Bakery, Publix, Chick-fil-A, Kroger, and others who contribute food and beverages to the event.
