Pete is a Vice President for Holder Construction, a national construction services firm with experience all over the country and offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Jose and Washington D.C. A true builder, Pete brings more than 25 years of experience providing preconstruction and construction services.  He has been instrumental in the success of many projects across various product types including aviation, corporate and commercial office buildings, public assembly and special use facilities, hospitality, and data centers. Some of his most notable projects include the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Devon Energy World Headquarters, Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead Hotel, Maynard H. Jackson, Jr. International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and the 2002 and 3003 Perimeter Summit Office Towers. 

In his Operations role, Pete provides leadership support to preconstruction and construction teams and collaborates with project owners, developers, and design professionals to deliver world-class projects. Pete also leads Holder’s Scheduling and Quality Departments, leveraging his experience in project controls and his drive for customer satisfaction.

Pete received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and is LEED Accredited by the United States Green Building Council. He also served four years active duty in the United States Air Force.  Pete and his wife Suzanne have three children and live in Woodstock, Georgia.
