Roswell Rotary Club will host the 27th Roswell Rotary Relays, March 16th in conjunction with Roswell High School. This invitational track meet provides a high-profile opportunity for high school track & field teams from throughout Georgia to compete against the best in the state.
There will be 24 high schools competing with both boys’ and girls’ track and field athletes. A full slate of field events are held in the morning session followed by track and relay events in the afternoon. The strong emphasis on relay events builds a spirit of teamwork among the athletes and creates a high energy atmosphere during the daylong event.
Roswell Relays presents an opportunity for the service clubs of Roswell High School to work at the event and earn community service points. At the heart of the volunteer corps is the Interact Clubs. Proceeds from concessions is also a major fund raiser for the Roswell High School Booster Club.
This is truly a community wide event. This year Roswell Rotary will work with sponsors Rhodes Bakery, Publix, Chick fil A, Kroger, and many more who donate food and drinks to the event.
