Rivers Alive

On September 21, 2024, the Roswell Rotary joined forces with Keep Roswell Beautiful and the City of Roswell for a statewide initiative aimed at protecting Georgia's 70,100 miles of rivers and streams. Alongside the river cleanup, the City of Roswell organized volunteers for various beautification efforts, such as litter collection, removal of invasive plants and shrubs, mulching, planting native species, and marking storm drains in multiple city parks. Roswell Rotary volunteers took charge of supervising sections along Riverside Drive and the Chattahoochee River.
