UGA Dean Welcomes GRSP Scholars

Such an honor to witness Georgia Rotary Student Program Class of 1993-94 alumna Dr. Anna Westerstahl Stenport of Sweden in her newly appointed role as dean of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Georgia. Stenport hosted current GRSP students at UGA in November and expressed her appreciation via her LinkedIn post:

The power of international education and student mobility in action: the Georgia Rotary Student Program has advanced Georgia as global state since 1946, placing over 3,800 international students in the state's universities and colleges. I was one of those students, thirty years ago. GRSP changed my life. I had the pleasure of getting to know five current The University of Georgia ambassadorial scholars in a celebratory dinner hosted by the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. Thanks Georgia members of Rotary International for maintaining this unique program of international goodwill and understanding. And, GO DAWGS. With Moira La Fuente, J.
