North Cobb Sponsors The Extension's Lucky Dog Race for Recovery

North Cobb Rotary deepened its long-standing partnership with The Extension by sponsoring the Lucky Dog Race for Recovery 5K with a $500 contribution. Hosted by The Extension Alumni, this fun, family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) run/walk supports alumni of the recovery program as they rebuild their lives from homelessness and substance abuse. Social Chair Sandra Glenn and Service Projects Chair and President-Elect Stephen Whittier laced up to represent the club on race day, building on North Cobb’s monthly dinner tradition with the men and women of the program.
