RRAH - Next Meeting July 16th


Our next RRAH meeting is July 16th at 6:30 pm at Gate City’s Artillery Room. We are welcoming our guest speaker Sue Carpenter where she will talk about her organization, Visiting Nurse Health System. Sue Carpenter is Vice President, Corporate Philanthropy & Major Donors for Visiting Nurse Health System. The non-profit organization was founded in 1948 on the belief that everyone deserves fair and equal access to healthcare. Visiting Nurse is the safety net for low-income patients and provides charitable care with the help of our philanthropic community. Together, they deliver nearly 9,000 charitable care visits annually throughout Metro Atlanta and 57 counties served in Georgia. However, with the growth of Georgia's aging population and an underserved community, the need for support has never been greater. There are opportunities to give of your time, talents, and treasures including preparing care packages for seniors, serving at their family bereavement camp, honoring Veterans, connecting them with your company giving, serving as a Healthcare Champion, and making individual contributions.
