Tim Maurer would like to thank Ken Briggs

Despite the pleasantly persistent reminders at every Rotary meeting of our outward facing mission—Service Above Self—one of its most endearing qualities, I believe, shines through when the mission is "proclaimed" quietly. I have to thank Ken Briggs for personifying that mission through his actions and intentions even more than his words, because if not for his living it out (and inviting me in), I don't believe I'd ever have come to know Rotary.
