Roswell Rotary welcomes Lisa Meade Romero, a keynote speaker, strategist, and facilitator whose professional path spans science, education, law enforcement, federal investigations, beauty education, and leadership development. Over the years she has worked as a teacher, police officer, bomb technician, investigator, beauty educator, sales director, moderator, and emcee, giving her a broad perspective on how people communicate and adapt across different environments. Lisa encourages audiences to consider the many roles they take on, both by choice and by expectation, and how those roles shape identity and decision-making. Drawing on real-life experience, she discusses how intentional communication, clear boundaries, and honest dialogue can help individuals and teams navigate change more effectively.

In her work with professional and corporate groups, Lisa focuses on identifying early signs of miscommunication, addressing the “hidden tripwires” that can undermine trust, and reducing the small tensions that often grow into larger challenges. She works with leaders to strengthen team dynamics, improve clarity, and create workplace cultures where people can communicate reliably, even under pressure. Her background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Miami and a decade leading a large women’s sales force, combining analytical training with practical leadership experience. Her goal is to equip leaders and teams with tools that help them move forward with clarity, purpose, and stronger human connection.
