Roswell Rotary is pleased to welcome Kristin Winzeler, the Executive Director of True North 400, a community improvement district recognized for advancing smart growth, mobility improvements, and regional investment across North Fulton. She stepped into the role after more than 13 years with the organization, formerly the North Fulton Community Improvement District and following the departure of former Executive Director Brandon Beach, who now serves as Treasurer of the United States.  Her mission includes stewarding member investment, advancing both large and small projects, encouraging smart growth, and continuing to deliver a highly amenitized community where residents and businesses can thrive.

Since joining the district in 2012, Kristin has helped guide the organization through a period of significant expansion. As Deputy Executive Director, she championed innovative projects that delivered more than $30 million in infrastructure enhancements, spurring over $217 million in new investment across Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton. She also played a central role in the organization’s 2023 rebrand to True North 400, reflecting its broader regional mission and long‑term vision.

Kristin manages district operations, oversees consulting teams, and has been instrumental in shaping transportation, mobility, and access initiatives along the GA‑400 corridor. Her background includes a dual master’s degree in Public Administration and Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, and her graduate research has been published in Public Performance & Management Review.

She is also deeply engaged in regional leadership development. Kristin is a graduate of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute and the Greater North Fulton Chamber’s Leadership North Fulton program. She has been named one of Engineering Georgia Magazine’s “Most Influential Women in Transportation”, and previously served as President of WTS Atlanta during its 40th anniversary year.

In addition to her work with True North 400, Kristin has also served on the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board of DirectorsShe previously received the Chamber’s JenLan Rising Star Award in 2018.
