Some words from the chair...

Good afternoon Team,

I hope this message finds you well and energized for another incredible year of service through Roswell Rotary.

I am honored to serve as the Chair for the 2026 Roswell Rotary Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Tournament, and I am excited to invite you to be part of what will be one of the most impactful events our club delivers this year.

This tournament is more than a day of golf, tennis, and pickleball. It is one of our club’s largest fundraising efforts, supporting the charities and community programs that define who we are as Rotarians. Our goal this year is to build on the strong foundation of past tournaments and deliver an even greater level of excellence, organization, and community impact.

To make that happen, we are assembling a dedicated team of leaders and volunteers to help plan, coordinate, and execute this event successfully.

Today, we are launching our official Volunteer Sign-Up and Activating Birdease.

We are seeking Rotarians and community partners who are willing to step forward and serve in key roles such as:

• Sponsorship & Fundraising

• Food & Beverage

• Volunteer Coordination

• Registration & Check-In

• Communications & Marketing

• Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball Support

• Auction, Raffle, and Ball Drop

• Day-of Operations

Whether you are a seasoned Rotarian or a newer member looking to get involved, there is a place for you on this team.

What you can expect from me as Chair:

• Clear communication and direction

• A structured plan with defined roles and responsibilities

• Weekly progress check-ins leading up to the event

• Support and collaboration across all committees

• A commitment to making this experience rewarding and successful for everyone involved

What I ask from each volunteer:

• Take ownership of your role

• Communicate early and often

• Work collaboratively

• Help us deliver an exceptional experience for our sponsors, participants, and community
