Member Matching Grant for CURE Children's Cancer

Alpharetta Rotarian Brian Iroff's son lost a friend to brain cancer. He wanted to opportunity to recognize this tragedy in a positive way. He set up a fund raiser at his Jewelry Store where 20% of the purchase price would go to CURE Children's Cancer. The Club gave him a matching grant of $250.00. Cure is an organization started in 1975 with one crystal-clear mission: to save lives. CURE has helped increase the childhood cancer survival rate to 80%. CURE is passionately focused on supporting research. In addition to funding research, CURE has also made a commitment to supporting patients and their families through this life-changing journey. From providing outreach upon initial diagnosis to offer counseling, meals, and emergency financial assistance, CURE is there for our families. For life.
