Walk with a Doc

This monthly walking program combines health education with the numerous physical, mental and social benefits of walking.  September’s walk had 18 people hear from a wellness coach about myths foods and how to identify smarter foods.  For our October walk, we had 15 people hear from a physical therapists about proper breathing to support exercise. For our November walk, we had 13 people hear a mental health therapist talk about establishing boundaries during the holidays to both reduce stress and enable you to have time for self-care, like walking, and enjoy the holidays with the family.
