One for the Chipper As part of the Rotary club of Alpharetta's committment to a clean environment, 8 Rotarians spent the day of Jan 3rd collecting used Chritmas trees. The collection point was Scottsdale nursery in Alpharetta Georgia. Rotarians led by Chris Weeber and Jason Binder assisted in the collection over 275 trees. By having the trees chipped into mulch , the trees will not end up as waste in a landfill. Also, the club paid for over $125 worth of dogwood seedlings to be given away.
