District Conference 2019
Get Ready for a Pit Crew Lounge (House of Friendship) That Says FUN!

Tell Your Story ... Make New Friends ... Have FUN!

The Pit Crew Lounge (AKA House of Friendship) offers a unique opportunity to showcase your service projects, celebrate your Rotary accomplishments and share information about your Rotary year. District 6900 clubs comes together to share ideas, best practices, and project successes, and most of all FUN! It will all take place in one room, the Azalea Ballroom, that will be transformed into the Pit Crew Lounge at the Convention Center at Sandestin, FL, April 25-28,2019.

And this year you can do all this with no stress! The displays will not be judged for any award! The District will provide your club with one 6'x30" table, a club sign and electrical, if needed, all at no cost to your club. Just display your signature project, district or global grant or a project you are very proud of you want to share with others. Keep it simple. Save your club's money you would normally spend on "fluff" and do another project!

In the coming weeks you will receive a HOF registration form to complete and return to me. It will be filled with important information about hours of operation, set up/take down times, etc. Every club in D6900 should be displaying at least one project!! Get in the race to do good in the world and Be The Inspiration to others in our district and those in your club who will follow in your footsteps.
